When I started practicing yoga, I knew it was special. I knew yoga gave me this unique feeling that I had never experienced in my life. I felt relaxed, calm, and good in my body. Every time I did yoga, I was less stressed, so after some time I had this urge to share it with more people. After 5 years of consistent yoga practice, I enrolled in to a 200 hours Yoga Teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance. After 25 days of intense practice, learning, and teaching others I graduated and became an official yoga teacher. I felt I just HAD TO start teaching yoga right away. It’s like passing a driving exam, you won’t feel comfortable driving unless you practice in real life right away. So I did, I started teaching yoga to my friends and family. I was a substitute teacher in one of the biggest schools in Poland and eventually, I started teaching my groups. With time I grew more confident in being a yoga teacher. It became a reality and a pleasant routine to teach +5 classes per week.
Teaching yoga means so much to me, there’s not enough space here to explain it.
For now, teaching yoga is my calling.
